The programme was focused to create operational knowledge of computer among 8^th and above standard passed rural youth. Through the programme rural youth (boys and girls) knew how to operate computers (mainly word, excel and paint & brush software). Out of total computer literate, many youths started earning through computer operation services in local areas. The programme was closed in 2012.
